Pongverse (“Pongverse”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of personal information you provide to us when accessing or using our website at https://pongverse.com (the “Website”) or our mobile and web applications (the “Applications”). The Website and Applications are collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as the “Pongverse Platform.”

We have adopted this Privacy Policy to explain:

• The circumstances under which we may share information

• Your rights and choices regarding your information

By accessing or using the Pongverse Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, you must not use the Pongverse Platform.

1. Thirty (30) days after we provide notice of the changes (via the Platform, email, or other notice method) or

Your continued use of the Pongverse Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of such changes.

We are accountable for the information in our custody and will use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect the privacy, confidentiality, and security of your information.

However, some aspects of protecting your information also depend on you:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords or credentials used to access the Pongverse Platform.

• Information that you share in public areas of the Pongverse Platform (such as chat rooms, forums, or message boards, once available) may be viewed by other users.

• Transmission of data over the internet is never fully secure. We use reasonable measures, but we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to the Pongverse Platform. Any such transmission is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for circumvention of security settings, unauthorized access, or vulnerabilities beyond our control.

2. Information We Collect and How We Use It

We collect two categories of information: Non-Personal Information and Personal Information.

Since some features of Pongverse (such as bookings, payments, video replay, and certain in-app features) are coming soon, certain types of information described below may be collected only once those features are launched.

a. Non-Personal Information

When you access the Pongverse Platform, certain information is automatically collected without your explicit knowledge or consent, including:

• IP address and general location

• Device information

• Browser type

• Operating system

• Referring website or link

• Usage statistics

• Cookies and similar tracking data (see Section 9)

Non-Personal Information does not identify you individually, but may be associated with your account if you create one in the future.

We use this information to:

• Improve the performance and functionality of the Pongverse Platform

b. Personal Information

To use certain features of the Pongverse Platform (now or when they launch), you may be asked to provide Personal Information, including:

• Video or audio recordings—if you visit a Pongverse facility where video surveillance or replay technology is in use

• Information from events, contests, promotions, or marketing campaigns

We use your Personal Information to:

• Create and manage your Pongverse account

• Fulfill reservations or purchases (future feature)

• Provide and improve access to Pongverse Spaces

• Enhance security through video surveillance

• Enable future Video Replay Technology

• Send notifications, confirmations, reminders, and service updates

• Send newsletters or promotional messages (you may opt out anytime)

• Improve our products, services, and user experience

• Conduct analysis, research, and development

We may use and share Personal Information—including video, images, and audio captured in Pongverse Spaces—for:

• Website or app promotions

• Feature announcements

We may also share aggregated or anonymized Non-Personal Information with third parties for advertising, analytics, or marketing.

Third parties may collect information via the Pongverse Platform using:

The Pongverse Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or social media groups. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or the information they collect. You access those sites at your own risk.

6. Payment Processing (Coming Soon)

When payments launch, all transactions will be processed through a secure payment gateway, such as Stripe. You will be submitting your card information directly to Stripe or another PCI-compliant processor.

Your financial information will be encrypted using SSL or other industry-standard security methods.

Your payment data is governed by the processor’s own privacy policy and terms, not ours.

7. Terms of Service

8. Persons Under 13

The Pongverse Platform is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 13.

If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, tags, SDKs, and device IDs) to:

• Enable core functionality

If you choose to log in via Facebook, Google, Apple, or other social platforms:

• You may choose to share Pongverse content via your social networks

• The provider’s use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy

11. Your Choices Regarding Personal Information

You have several options to control how your information is collected and used:

If applicable, Pongverse is a “Data Controller” under the GDPR and UK Data Protection Act.
